28/1/2016 15:12 | Update ok but a lot of customers lost. I topped sliced put some funds into kie and vsvs, diversity a bit. Will rebuy if we go back in the £13.50ish region. | wipo1
26/1/2016 10:34 | Another fund manager(Ubs) adding to their holding. | wipo1
25/1/2016 14:07 | A little like as oil prices fall 50%, petrol doesn't go down that much due to tax, our electricity prices now carry the fixed burden of green subsidies on our bills. Or in electricity prices, any input fuel costs decrease seem to go 100% for the benefit of the generators and suppliers, so don't seem to go down at all! | pierre oreilly
25/1/2016 12:58 | How much have you noticed your electricity bill drop? | wad collector
22/1/2016 22:34 | Unless the low fuel prices means they have to cut the dividend ... | gbb483
22/1/2016 16:46 | Yes , I am very happy with 1332p buy ; up 55p in 2 days. Not really a surprise though it is largely luck. Up another couple of quid and I might let them go again. If that does not happen for a while then I shall enjoy a pretty secure 6.5% yield . There is always the off-chance of a bid at some point and the only real downside is that cash is tied up here ; not so much a case of not investing what you cannot afford to lose , more a case of not investing what you cannot afford to be without for a while. | wad collector
22/1/2016 15:55 | Wad Better day today, I managed to buy near the bottom yesterday, that's rare for me lol. | wipo1
21/1/2016 18:50 | Missed that ! Still ended up down on the day even allowing. | wad collector
21/1/2016 17:32 | yes XD today, 26.9p | bountyhunter
21/1/2016 13:43 | Pierre Gaps don't always fill at the exact price, I logged in my share dealing account to buy more rmg and had some spare cash to pick up sse.I did post at the time of the trade not after it recovered. £13 OR £13.37 it hardly matters much. | wipo1
21/1/2016 13:19 | X-divi today . | redips2
21/1/2016 13:00 | Wipo, you said earlier that this was going down to £13. How do you square that with your buying the same day for 40/50p more than that? | pierre oreilly
21/1/2016 11:52 | Red Not sure looking into it, might be something to do with change in voting rights? | wipo1
21/1/2016 11:08 | wipo What is with Black Rock lending >3% stock? | redartbmud
21/1/2016 10:37 | Fund managers black Rock and Norges bank topping up as well. | wipo1
21/1/2016 10:31 | I also bought some engie and Royal mail today, I like utility stocks, good yield and should bounce back. | wipo1
21/1/2016 10:26 | I'm in for a small amount too wad £13.37.4p, fingers crossed | wipo1
21/1/2016 10:16 | Loyalty Cards for the Utility Industry ,the longer you stay with them the more annual discount you earn .1% per annum up to a maximum of 5 or 10 % ... good PR too . I'd go for it! | ignoble
21/1/2016 10:13 | Added at 1332 ; now fully invested for first time in months. | wad collector
21/1/2016 10:11 | Possible ... the big boys will have to wake up and cut their prices to compete. Supermarkets had to do the same to take on the Discounters , we will see if the same happens to the Utility Industry . Interesting times! | ignoble
21/1/2016 10:03 | Ignoble Utilities a bit out of favour, maybe lots of people switching to cheaper supplier? | wipo1
21/1/2016 10:02 | Wad It's probably just bot trading to fill the gap. | wipo1
21/1/2016 09:13 | Possibly more to do with E On cutting prices for gas users? Just a guess ... | ignoble
21/1/2016 09:11 | Now yielding 6.6% ; amazing. Remind me why SSE will be affected by China and an oil price fall????? Oh yes , it won't... | wad collector
21/1/2016 08:52 | Glad I held off, looks like sse will fill the gap of £13 on the 3 year chart. | wipo1 |
