  The 3% threshold was originally crossed on 12/09/2019 (968,032 shares 
  held on CFD) and was incorrectly not reported. We trade the UK listing 
  of the stock and relied on the UK-specific investment/fund manager exemption, 
  which increases the minimum disclosing threshold from 3% to 5%. On 18/11/2019 
  we realised that due to the issuer's country of incorporation, we can't 
  rely on this exemption with respect to our holding in the relevant CFDs 
  and are therefore reporting our entire position here.
