Issue of share options and PDMR dealing

 

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 2 May 2024 the Company granted options ("Options") over 330,000 ordinary shares in its share capital to 43 employees of the group under the Company's Performance Share Plan as part of the Company's annual option grant. 

 

The Options will vest after three years from the date of issue and are exercisable at the nominal value of the share of 1 pence per share for a period of seven years from vesting, provided that certain Earnings per Share growth targets have been met in each of the three financial years 2024-2026. 

 

Details of Director and other PDMR option awards are included in the disclosure notices below.  Save for the below, the Directors' beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company remain unchanged and as previously announced.
