ticks all the boxes.
It's financed out of cash so it's immediately earnings enhancing even before you think about synergies, efficiencies etc. On the face of it seems very complimentary so they are sticking to their knitting. Oh and it's just the right size to be managed but not overwhelming.

Indeed.
Previous acquisitions have been good news, and it will be interesting to see how this one works out. It certainly looks very positive on the face of it.

I agree -a strange lack of comment. I was unsure when to invest as the spread was so
high for a while but today's surge made it worthwhile. Got to be a winner this one.

Rather perky this morning. Any reason for this yet to be obvious to me...

We may be getting a bit of boost from the OPEC news as well.

the company and Ruffer have been sucking all loose holders out. As per the last trading statement, currency is helping, and MR will do with Leatherhead exactly what he did with Sagentia. Lots of upside.

Tantalisingly close to regaining highest price since the move from main market to AIM back in 2008. Could this be the first time in living history that share buybacks are actually benefiting shareholders?

Hopefully the decision to buy at these levels reflects MRs valuation of the company.

a very odd share buy back. buying tiny clips at the offer price is walking the shares up. Not unhappy, just not usual behaviour from MR.

One million shares repurchased is a good sign. Good use of spare cash at these levels

It seems from last year's annual statement that over 50% of group revenue comes in the form of US dollars and euros which might explain the recent rapid recovery in the share price
