I bought at 166p and will not sell even if it drops back to that value
Once people start buying price will rise
Anyone know the divi date ?
If they drop below 166p then I will certainly buy more at the bottom.
Can't really go wrong
House prices up again.

this might look slightly over bought to the short term investor but with reliable earnings on a low pe this looks like a share which you could stick away for a couple of months and earn a decent rate of return. with a stop loss placed around the 170 level you could pick up shares on any weaknesses in the next couple of days and buy into a fundamentally strong company with little downside. i am not an expert in technical analysis but a realistic price target around 215 is not too ambitious over a time frame of a couple of months. from the web-site i cant really find out much about the company and was hoping that someone nearer the business could fill me in on any recent info regarding them before i start building up a stake. if anyone has any views on svs or the industry please share them.

And down they went :O(

Sadly, having almost climbed back to that late-Jan alltime high, the price seems to be falling away again. Down quite sharply today (-20p).

Investec's English & International fund has disposed of 200,000 shares worth half a million quid this month.

Anyone care to guess how deep the price might dip this time. Enough to be still worth betting against? I still quite fancy them longterm but not for now.

Price 196.5p Huge growth this year will likely slow, OK "slow" you say, "I dont want slow growth" well they grew at 65% frrom last interims. These are a high quality play on property services, they will also continue to expand internationally for a more balanced portfolio. Also cash of 24m over and above, and earning that will exceed the 25p est. in my opinion. Chart is looking interesting here, now that Fed rate rise is out of the way for another 7 weeks. Appologies its not a internet stock but growing it seems as fast............Risk
