Total Voting Rights
Savannah Resources, announces, for the purpose of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 1,828,149,904 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,828,149,904. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
