04/9/2023 10:29 | This para in particular from the primary offer could easily apply to SAV. Albemarle believes this offer provides enhanced liquidity and accelerates the realization of incremental value for Liontown shareholders beyond what might otherwise be expected from share price performance over the next few years and without the operating, market, financial and other risks that could impact the value of Liontown. Albemarle has submitted this attractive cash offer in advance of Liontown's completion of the Kathleen Valley project, which allows Liontown shareholders to avoid future risks associated with project development and operations. | wanna brew
04/9/2023 09:44 | Upped offer from original 2.50 ps. When you read the primary offer and how they sold it to shareholders, quoting premiums, you get an indication of possible things to come here with the current suppressed share price https://investors.al | wanna brew
04/9/2023 09:26 | That may well be right, over time.In the meantime, https://investors.al | inbrackets

03/9/2023 20:55 | Whether Aethel have Savannah in their sights is just pure speculation for now but they certainly seem to have ambition for something with that post on their LinkedIn page. | wanna brew

03/9/2023 16:37 | It is the Fastmarkets battery materials event later this month. Savannah is in attendance. Hopefully something comes of that, it is about time the European car companies did a few deals on the lithium front. Surely VW is the obvious one. | ukgeorge
02/9/2023 16:49 | Personally, I would prefer to see someone who has the financial muscle to enter into talks in an off-take agreement. I'm ok with a full sale only if we receive 30/40 Cent! Otherwise, I am perfectly ok with going the distance and I would imagine many of the long-term investors would agree with my view! | futurum1
02/9/2023 14:18 | With 11m in the bank, where's the rest coming from to get operational and producing. Yes, off-take agreements can be struck to include financing but with the grab to ensure supply and be less reliant on China, will they get that far before a bid is tabled. iF the story is correct Aethel have popped their head above water in this respect. The CEO has publicly stated in an online presentation that they have about 40-50 enquires to sort through. Will one of the big boys want the lot or will they survive through to production and share the spoils through various off take agreements. That is the speculative question. | wanna brew
02/9/2023 12:46 | Why would they accept any offer? Even if it takes 3/4 years to start producing Lithium! The future looks very bright for Savannah and the rewards will come with patients. | futurum1
02/9/2023 10:30 | Stating the obvious here but suspect the board are not going to be in any rush to accept the first offer tabled from anyone. Next 4 months could be quite interesting. | wanna brew

31/8/2023 13:31 | Bloody hell! What has happened to imminently imminent.Calling the LSE plonker & all his aliases and on all platforms. The SAV share price needs, mate, get on with it, please.LolGl all | goodday1
30/8/2023 13:20 | IF ( capitals for a reason ) Aethel have been or are still in Oz, wonder who they've been been having a chat with. https://www.straitst | wanna brew
25/8/2023 13:57 | IB your LSE post, had the same stalking horse thoughts, a Michael Heseltine, then a John Major strikes from nowhere but with more charisma of course :)All total speculation until we get We note the current press comments, RNS released and but that's looking highly unlikely at present. I think the Aethel story has been repeated in 3 or 4 Portuguese news outlets. | wanna brew
25/8/2023 08:40 | You can not make it up!The LSE plonker quoting the Daily Fail!HahahaI guess that gutter rag is reserved for stupid & on many fronts as it feeds their Gammon instincts. The plonker loves the EU to subside Portugal's lithium but we need to take back control.LolBless.Gl all | goodday1
24/8/2023 21:27 | Several links to Portuguese reports posted up on the LSE site, perhaps just recycled from the story on X | wanna brew
24/8/2023 15:46 | All speculation at this point. No denial or confirmation as yet. Which other tenements are you thinking? If it's the ones in Portugal then we have to wait until the auction. Not sure how long we've been waiting. Although Dale Ferguson seems to get things done, I'm not sure I could go through all this again and SAV haven't actually produced anything. | ged5
24/8/2023 15:14 | I think that if there's any legs in this, it'll be an asset sale rather than buying out Sav. Sav have the personnel and experience to repeat the process with a new tenement. Very exciting times ahead | mandolinian
24/8/2023 14:52 | Spent a little more time over lunch looking into the personnel at Aethel. What to go for if you miss out on Chelsea football club? Maybe not the best links but they give some indication of the money involved. | ged5
24/8/2023 14:07 | Whether there is anything to that tweet or not, we should have some interesting news flow from the Co and with the possibility of others appearing | wanna brew
24/8/2023 11:42 | Too late for that, I think I've already made my mind up about the tweet and the article. Trisse is no stranger to SAV. I do like your way of thinking though. Certainly as SAV make their way through the various stages especially the DFS then I think others may well show their hand. Noticed the million buy earlier. | ged5
24/8/2023 11:04 | Fortunately we don't have to make any appraisal of whatever they come up with. The main thing is that this is the first head to show above the parapet following the DIA and fundraise, confirming DFs comments of wide interest. Just yesterday CATL launched their LFP 700km battery with a 10min 400km recharge, so an iron producer may not be so far out there, and their ethos is of these ESG times, plus operates in Portugal, so let's watch the space. It will force others out of the woodwork and hopefully they have been sharpening the lead over the 'summer'. It should prompt wider commentary regards SAV, and that can only be a good thing. | inbrackets
24/8/2023 10:46 | Not sure what to make of that, IB. An iron ore company in Portugal but does it have enough to buy out SAV? EDIT: Forgot to put this link:- | ged5 |
