Posted at 18/6/2024 04:27 by stansmith1 no probs, its why i sold as the same yields were available elsewhere, lately san has been the one to own though...i would have preferred interest rates to have been 3% lower as prefs become a thing of the past but what can you do... |
Posted at 17/6/2024 10:07 by stansmith1 over 60% of san had already been repurchased/cancelle |
Posted at 07/3/2024 08:14 by dope007 Trying to buy in my ISA in IG index on the Ex divi drop and can't get any sadly |
Posted at 22/9/2023 13:59 by aishah Nice rebound here after going ex-divi. |
Posted at 17/6/2023 09:32 by hindsight Spreadsheet says san is 8.09% and sanb 7.18% , either something wrong in spreadsheet here or thats the widest gap ive seenAny reason for this ? |
Posted at 28/4/2023 10:51 by cwa1 At least there's a reason I suppose, unsatisfactory as it is...TBF, iDealing used to be excellent with the dividend being paid before markets opened on the date it was due. However, as you say, there seems to have been a backroom change and it is now paid out during the date due, which is totally fine by me-even though I'd prefer it be there before trading starts ;-) As a brief aside I had one holding that paid by cheque and the bank lost the cheque after iDealing presented it, that was a nightmare to get sorted out by iDealing and. IIRC, it took over 6 months to finally get it paid. |
Posted at 26/4/2023 13:36 by cwa1 Again FWIW, my iDealing payment of SAN appeared on 6/4/23 |

Posted at 13/2/2023 16:56 by north sea boy Can anyone please tell me what the ex-dividend and dividend payments dates are for SAN, or perhaps direct me to a site that will provide this information?ThanksNS |
Posted at 02/2/2023 15:19 by langland There is quite a discrepancy between SAN and SANB. Both have same payment dates but sanb seems to be yielding around 6.8 while san is still around 7.5 even after a bit of an uptick today. I reckon it should be trading best part of 10 points higher. I have bought more today. |
