16/8/2007 17:06 | hosede am pretty new to adv and so not au fait with all bells and whistles. It seemed from ealrier posts though that stegrego had suggested a huge figure of debt that another poster disagreed with. It didn't seem that they couild both be right so was merely ascertaining their thoughts. and yes i can be lazy!! | stnick

16/8/2007 15:45 | I've been keeping an eye on this thinking I'd get in if and when it ever bounces. But I've been talking to my broker Fidelity who says that I can't trade it on my sharenetwork account because it isn't a member of Crest so the only way I can trade in it is by paper certificate. Is this what other holders have found or have any of you managed to trade it on the net? | allium
16/8/2007 09:59 | strick are you too lazy to look at the financials for yourself - they are only two clicks away - and by far the best bit of ADVFN's website (IMO) | hosede

15/8/2007 07:31 | Solar Integrated Technologies Inc 15 August 2007 15th August 2007 SOLAR INTEGRATED WINS THREE SPANISH ORDERS FOR US$1.7 MILLION, INCLUDING TWO ADDITIONAL ORDERS FOR UNIBAIL-RODAMCO SHOPPING CENTERS Brings Total 2007 Orders for Unibail-Rodamco Shopping Centers to Four London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, August 15, 2007 - Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, announced today that it has won three new orders from Master Renovables, a Spanish engineering firm and solar integrator, aggregating $1.7 million. Two of these orders are for BIPV roofing systems to be installed at two shopping centers owned by Unibail-Rodamco, the largest owner-manager of retail properties in Europe. These projects will be installed at Unibail-Rodamco's Barnasud Shopping Center in Barcelona and Vallsur Shopping Center in Valladolid. All three projects are expected to be completed in 2007. 'Our BIPV roofing systems will now be installed on four of Unibail-Rodamco's premier shopping centers in Spain,' stated R. Randall MacEwen, President & CEO of Solar Integrated. 'This is an excellent validation of our strategy to develop repeat business for customers with large portfolios of buildings in our key vertical and geographic markets.' Mr. MacEwen continued: 'Our investments in staff, product development and certification, infrastructure, marketing, brand development and channel partner development are bearing fruit in the European solar markets of Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium and Greece. Our European order intake so far in 2007 has exceeded our expectations.' Jordi Giro, Managing Director of Master Renovables stated: 'We continue to be very excited with the market interest in Solar Integrated's BIPV roofing system. Their integrated solar roofing system meets the cutomer's energy, environment and roofing needs. This means that we are able to present a unique and value-add proposition as compared to selling after-market solar modules that do not address the customer's roofing requirements.' Bart Van Ouytsel, Vice President, European Sales and Marketing, commented: 'Master Renovables has proven to be a highly effective channel partner for our BIPV roofing systems in the Spanish market. With these three new projects, to date we have received orders from Master Renovables for a total of 7 projects representing in excess of 700 kW.' 14/8/2007 19:15 | john M. Palumbo, Chief Financial Officer of Solar Integrated, stated: "With these four projects closed, our year to date revenue through the end of July is approaching $30 million. from recent guidance, considering they will have less inventory, staff and have received $3m from former director, no more 0% margin projects in usa no european operation start up costs so if they have margins of 15% = about $4m +$3m overall i predict a loss of $2m | motoben
14/8/2007 14:56 | What are people's expectations of the interims? Last year $ 11.2 million loss. This year? Anyone? | miyamoto musashi

14/8/2007 09:20 | followed this stock from 30p early this year, bought at 62p sold at 91p so not a bad little turn. Stegrego, how much debt does the company have? Figures please not percentages. cheers | stnick
13/8/2007 23:06 | Looks like people eventually figured that even with all these contracts, they still wont turn a profit.... | stegrego
13/8/2007 22:44 | yes am also a little negative about the chart. have sold my holding last friday | stnick
13/8/2007 16:58 | 60p coming by the chart. | adejuk
09/8/2007 09:34 | I have been holding for some time and am still happy enough. The company may have a lot of debt but it is still winning contracts, extending its parterships across the US and Europe and says that it its forecasts for the year are on target. They have got rid of the poor management last year, and while they may not hit the big time for a little while yet, they are good for the medium term IMO. | cyberbub

08/8/2007 17:33 | As far as`I remember (without looking back at previous RNS's) then GE Financial were involved in 'saving' the company and therefore it came back from suspension. So they (GE Fin) wouldn't have got involved unless they thought long term prospects were very good. However, don't forget price was around 25p then - so even with recent falls then SIT's share price has nearly quadrupled since the dark days .... | don muang
08/8/2007 17:19 | Why do you say that hosede? As at Dec. '06 borrowings were appro.$8 mill.Mkt.Cap.is £68 mill.Revenue for '07 is between $60-80 mill. The RNS of 27 july was v.positive and there have been loads of RNS's re. orders.IC are very bullish of this share and repeatedly tip it.Having said that there have been a lot of sales today.Something must be up. I would welcome more comments and opinions. | geologic |
