With a net worth of less than 1p per share this company is only surviving courtesy of its bankers. The mere hint in this credit squeeze that they might be the slightest bit unhappy will be enough to send the share price plummetting. The Co. has a great product but needs massive refinancing and the danger is that this could result in huge dilution for existing shareholders

Why the big drop in sp? Anyone any news? There doesn't seem to be any mad panic selling so what is causing the downward pressure? This share just doesn't make sense.

Auburn Hills, MI, USA: Uni-Solar Awarded $4.6M for Development of Low Cost Building Integrated PV

United Solar has been awarded a cost-shared, three- year cooperative agreement by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the development of low-cost building-integrated photovoltaic systems. Under the cooperative agreement, United Solar Ovonic is expected to receive $4.6 million in federal funding through the completion of its first project budget period, which will be implemented through June 2008.

Upon successful completion of key project milestones and sustained execution of a viable business strategy, as much as $14.74 Million in additional DOE funding will be made available for continued implementation of the project through June 2010. The total potential funding from the DOE under the Solar America Initiative (SAI) is up to $19.34 million for this three-year project, subject to availability of funds appropriated by the U.S. Congress.

On March 8, 2007, while visiting United Solar Ovonic, DOE Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Alexander Karsner had announced the selection of 13 solar energy projects to be negotiated for funding by the DOE, which included the award to United Solar Ovonic.

"We are honored to be selected by the DOE for this award which will accelerate our drive to reduce the cost of solar electricity," said Subhendu Guha, President and Chief Operating Officer of United Solar Ovonic. "Our lightweight, flexible solar panels are ideal for building integration, and we look forward to taking part in the SAI program aimed at reducing the cost of solar electricity to 10 -15 c/kWh by 2010."

United Solar Ovonic has assembled a team of experts from academia, the national laboratories and industry to participate in this program to meet electricity cost goals set under the SAI program. SAI is aimed at reducing the cost of the modules, the balance of system components including inverters, and system installation and integration.

Unlike traditional crystalline technology, which typically uses heavy glass panels, UNI-SOLAR® products are flexible, durable, lightweight, and easy to install. Because of these characteristics, UNI-SOLAR® triple- junction products offer the ideal solution for both grid-connected and off- grid solar electric systems. Independent studies in Europe and elsewhere have shown that triple-junction products deliver more electricity per rated power than the conventional crystalline products.

Solar Integrated Technologies Inc
27 July 2007

SOLAR INTEGRATED ANNOUNCES FOUR NEW SAN DIEGO SCHOOL SOLAR PROJECTS WITH UPC
SOLAR FOR 550 KW

Total Revenue Year to Date Approaches $30 Million

London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, July 27, 2007 - Solar Integrated
Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated
photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, announced today that it has closed four new
San Diego Unified School District solar power projects with UPC Solar, a
developer of solar energy projects in the United States. Solar Integrated
supplied and installed a total of 550 kW of BIPV roofing systems at Ericson
Elementary School, Standley Middle School, Tierrasanta Elementary School and
Walker Elementary School.

Owned and operated by UPC Solar under a long-term power purchase agreement
(PPA), the four solar systems are expected to reduce annual carbon dioxide (CO2)
emissions by 514,259 pounds, Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions by 360 pounds, and
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) emissions by 46 pounds.

"With these four San Diego school projects and our recently announced two Coke
projects, we have now closed over 1 MW of business with UPC Solar since we
announced our preferred supply and cooperation agreement three months ago,"
stated R. Randall MacEwen, President & CEO of Solar Integrated.

John M. Palumbo, Chief Financial Officer of Solar Integrated, stated: "With
these four projects closed, our year to date revenue through the end of July is
approaching $30 million. As previously communicated, and consistent with prior
periods, we expect to book a higher level of revenue and gross profit in the
second half of the year. Given where we are today, we are confident to confirm
our prior 2007 revenue guidance in the range of $60 million to $80 million and
2007 full year consolidated gross margin guidance in excess of 15%."

This transaction was approved by Solar Integrated's board of directors,
excluding Mr. Caffyn, Nicholas A. Wrigley and Frederik W. Mowinckel who did not
participate in the relevant board discussions and did not vote on the relevant
board resolution given their relationship with UPC, including as nominees of
UPC to the Company's board of directors. The independent directors consider,
having consulted with KBC Peel Hunt, that the terms of this transaction are
fair and reasonable in so far as shareholders are concerned. Any future
commercial arrangements between Solar Integrated and UPC Solar will be
similarly approved, and will constitute related party transactions within the
meaning of the AIM rules.

SOLAR INTEGRATED WINS INITIAL ORDER FOR CARREFOUR GROUP

Continued Penetration in Attractive French Solar Market

London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, July 24, 2007 - Solar Integrated
Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated
photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, announced today that it has won through its
French partner Urbasolar a first order for a BIPV roofing system to be installed
at a Carrefour Group distribution facility under construction in Nimes, France.
The project is being managed by Urbasolar, a turn-key PV engineering company
based in Montpellier, France. The project is expected to be completed in 2007.

'With 2006 revenue of about €97 billion, and more than 12,500 stores in 29
countries covering more than 15 million square meters of sales area, Carrefour
Group is the second largest retailer in the world and the largest in Europe,'
stated R. Randall MacEwen, President & CEO of Solar Integrated. 'We are
particularly interested in Carrefour Group's strong 'hyper market' position in
Europe where they are the leading grocery chain with 218 large 'hyper market'
stores. Carrefour Group's strong French position aligns well with France's
premium feed-in tariff of €0.55 per kWh for single layer BIPV systems. With our
unique BIPV product and a strong local partner in Urbasolar, we continue to view
France as an attractive market, and Carrefour Group as an attractive target
customer for repeat business'.

The Carrefour Group commented: 'The Carrefour Group is committed to
environmental respect, including the reduction of greenhouse gases. One of the
guiding principles of our environmental policy is to reduce environmental
impacts related to construction and operation of stores. With the premium
French feed-in tariff for BIPV applications and our 'hyper market' position,
this is a logical 'sweet spot' for us to consider additional solar projects.'

Stephanie Giraud, CEO of Urbasolar stated, 'With Solar Integrated's BIPV
product, we have been developing an innovative product perfectly designed for
BIPV project and for the French market We continue to work closely with Solar
Integrated to rapidly sell and deploy BIPV projects across France.'
