FWIW i don't think the availability of stock is helping us here. ie if more brokers dealt with these we would see more buying. We always seem to get new faces struggling to buy stock.Natwest online and by the phone is how i purchased mine if it helps. Good luck everyone. | entini

18/5/2007 07:18 | Solar Integrated Technologies Inc 18 May 2007 SOLAR INTEGRATED SIGNS PREFERRED SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH UPC ENERGY MANAGEMENT TO PURSUE SOLAR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT IN EUROPE AND OTHER TARGET MARKETS London, UK, and Los Angeles, California, May 18, 2007 - Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, announced today that it has entered into a supply and cooperation agreement with UPC Energy Management, a developer of solar energy projects in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. Under the agreement, Solar Integrated will be the preferred supplier to UPC Energy Management of BIPV roofing systems and certain other thin film solar products in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. UPC Energy Management will be Solar Integrated's preferred developer for solar energy projects in these territories where the end customer prefers to purchase solar generated electricity under a long term power purchase agreement or rent their rooftops rather than purchase, own and operate the solar energy system directly. Solar Integrated announced a similar preferred supplier agreement in the U.S. market with UPC Solar Management, an affiliate of UPC Energy Management, in April 2007. 'Beyond raising capital, the two strategic issues that we sought to address in connection with our capital raise in December were to fix our U.S. Financed Solar business and to improve our platform for growth in the European market,' stated R. Randall MacEwen, President & CEO of Solar Integrated. 'The preferred supply and cooperation agreement with UPC Solar for the U.S. solar project development market is a relationship that will result in improved gross margin performance and an improved working capital profile for our U.S. Financed Solar business. Now, with this framework arrangement with UPC Energy Management in Europe and certain other established and emerging solar markets, we expect to see additional opportunities to book profitable business for our BIPV roofing products.' 'We are leveraging our existing competencies, infrastructure and network from our wind business in Europe and certain other selected markets to roll out our solar project development business,' stated Aaron A. Domingo, President & CEO of UPC Energy Management. 'We are now actively engaged with Solar Integrated and looking to close solar project development business in these exciting growth markets.' Brian E. Caffyn, the non-executive Chairman of Solar Integrated's board of directors, and Nicholas A. Wrigley, a non-executive director of Solar Integrated, are part of a small group of owners of UPC Energy Management. Mr. Caffyn is also the chairman of UPC Energy Management. The preferred supply and cooperation agreement with UPC Energy Management was approved by Solar Integrated's board of directors, excluding Brian E. Caffyn, Nicholas A. Wrigley and Frederik W. Mowinckel who did not participate in the relevant board discussions and did not vote on the relevant board resolution given their relationship with UPC Energy Management, including as nominees of UPC Energy to the Company's board of directors. Any future commercial arrangements between Solar Integrated and UPC Energy Management will be similarly approved, and will constitute related party transactions within the meaning of the AIM rules. 17/5/2007 16:54 | I am mistified as well. Another 2 million quid contract is not to be sniffed at, yet the price/volume seems pretty stagnent. Perhaps serious fund managers will start investing once these guys prove they are out of financial difficulties. No idea how long that will take though. | bert brokers
