Sanctuary and Johnnie Johnson complete business combination 

  

Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust (Johnnie Johnson Housing) has joined Sanctuary Housing Association (Sanctuary) as a subsidiary following formal completion of the proposed business combination between the two organisations. 

 

This follows a detailed due diligence process and the approval of the agreement by the Boards of both organisations which was announced on 27 November 2023.
