06/1/2021 07:09 | RNS: They haven't addressed the withholding tax issue. Why should we therefore support this ? Surely this was an obvious opportunity to register the Co. in the U.K. rather than Ireland and address this important issue for shareholders. Very disappointed. Look at PRP for a 24% payout late January and perhaps BASE Resources (BASE), another big yielded although they are registered in Australia. | plasybryn
02/1/2021 16:41 | Thanks 1kempton. Worth highlighting Zak Mir's comments here: 'While the pandemic is clearly going to be an influence on any company currently, San Leon’s income and quality of assets can help it ride through any delays / bumps in the road. Interestingly, the shares are less than half the 59p Panmure Gordon price target – off the back of the broker’s appreciation of San Leon’s lend-invest strategy – hence de-risking exposure in the present environment. Indeed, the only downside so far of this approach seems to be that the stock market does not yet appreciate the value and income creation at San Leon Energy. Therein lies the opportunity for 2021. This certainly appears to be one of those stock market situations where investors – apart from those who fully understand the momentum San Leon is building, continue to look the income delivering gift horse in the mouth.' | alaric7

02/1/2021 12:03 | the start of the new year holds a joyous outlook for san leon. already in superb financial health, to remind we have the following much awaited news to look forward to on the immediate horizon : 1) commissioning of the ACOES and with it commencement of oil field revenues for the interest holders in OML18 ; and 2) financial close of our agreement to acquire 15% (with an option for a further 15%) in the Oza Field. with the company barely valued above cash and secured debt (we still have ~$100m due from Jite) and a dividend strategy to deliver 50% of free cashflow to shareholders, investors now need to do the maths on the initiation of our multiple revenue streams. that and on what they think our 10.5 % interest in OML18 will be worth? there and i haven't even mentioned Barryroe | alaric7
02/1/2021 08:31 | The shares are less than half the 59p Panmure Gordon price target. Growth and income surely makes this a very attractive share to buy and hold in 2021? | plasybryn

23/12/2020 08:36 | I know what you mean, but just looks so unprofessional. There was a big song and dance about it at the time. Embarrassing really. | m5
23/12/2020 08:32 | Infuriating for sure, and yet the share price is up. Perhaps Tosca going back to 72% speeds up the simplification of the complicated structure that obscures the value in this company once and for all. | echoridge
21/12/2020 17:53 | Not sure. Did someone mention new-covid-strain, possible-hard-brexit | echoridge

17/12/2020 16:53 | When sle have a nice cash pile again imo, they will be paid their loan notes of 100m+ by year end 2021, they will be due dividend payments from eroton due to the fact the fso will Increase production from day one of her being commissioned ie an extra 40% increase, sle hold a 10% interest in the fso pipeline and companies using it have to pay in advance for every barrel including eroton plus other companies looking at using it which OF has stated their are two others already plus other deals like oza coming on stream once all parties have signed...so when will be anyone's guess but imo 4q 21 because of what I have posted here. | 1kempton
