02/11/2020 16:28 | Well, turned out nice again I see | witheco
02/11/2020 16:26 | yes, thanks for that. 4 hours late, but hey ho. meantime, watch the tape seeing as the risk remains low, upside substantial | echoridge
02/11/2020 16:10 | Thanks for that, all the risk/bad management and no conceivable upside. You would need to be mad to invest here (mind you some who post here already have that qualification). | witheco
02/11/2020 16:02 | Explains the drop today. This looks fairly serious to be honest. | leopoldalcox

02/11/2020 14:10 | 24.25 looks a nice place to trade a sell. If it ever gets back there. | ceteris paribus
02/11/2020 14:08 | Off loaded some profits today, great performance - couldn't resist. Hope it gets back to 25p to top up another short - but for now I'm going to just watch the data for a while, and send to the bank. | ceteris paribus
02/11/2020 10:25 | I thought witheloss posted he was off, proves he is a liar then!!. | 1kempton
02/11/2020 10:10 | For the accurate among us, the delay in the Oza deal is of course riskless on the margin to San Leon. Decklar already have our (relatively small) loan-to-own and if these technical issues cause the deal to fall through, we get that small amount back as it is being held in escrow awaiting the these very details for the deal to close. No 'draw downs', no problems whatsoever for sle. The company will simply move on to the next deal as this - as everyone who doesn't come to us live from jabba's bell-end - is a massive buyer's market. Having said that, this Oza deal is a potentially exciting one and I for one am confident that there are no major issues other than delays caused by the virus as per the RNS, and it will indeed close soon. Either way though, San Leon's near-term value is unaffected. | echoridge
02/11/2020 09:54 | even with today's fall (so far), the share price is still unchanged on the year. Nothing to write home about perhaps, but that's still crushing both the rest of the sector and the FTSE | echoridge
02/11/2020 09:50 | um, no. no 'draw down' on anything except the collective intelligence of anyone who read yours or yesyouare's posts | echoridge
02/11/2020 08:31 | More delays I see. More draw down on the cash flow. | witheco
31/10/2020 00:41 | looks like we just got another slack jawed slobbering on from witheco. seems we just don't understand money like he does. he has a rare ability to see that a company, with millions of dollars in the bank, no liabities, more cash secured due, a dividend policy and hugely valuable assets, is basically an unsound play. so complete agreement there - we deffo don't understand money like he does. y'all have a nice day there wiheco. | alaric7
30/10/2020 22:56 | Takes a time but many have. | 1kempton
30/10/2020 19:06 | Anyone got the withheld tax back yet? | plasybryn
30/10/2020 11:17 | You folks are too emotional to be involved in trading and markets. You just don't understand money. I'm not here to argue tittle tattle about a company that just is completely unsound. Go have fun with your platform and buy whatever you want- don't bother me again. | witheco
29/10/2020 19:01 | stick to 'nice' observations. You try and square up and you end up slobbering on everything. 'Derogatory'??? Truth hurts | echoridge |
