02/5/2019 16:23 | whilst I never was CP or Kwidzyn, if SLE going private, after all the cash TOSCA has provided for OF, it's doubtful they will want to share the profits with the plebs. I would settle for that, could u links. the good news the chance of a profit is as always with SLE jam tomorrow or most probably the day after. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 16:19 | oh dear, my very own stalker. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 11:48 | if u tell me how much they got for their shares and how many shares they still hold, something SLE doesn't even know, I will tell u my opinion. I know how they got their shares in SLE, they used TOSCA's money and bought their placing shares in nominee companies, which everyone failed to mention the nominee companies were controlled by SunTrust. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 11:31 | Yes yes, history man but you never answer my question.here it is again in the simplest English:don't suppose you had any thoughts overnight on my question concerning how Sun Trust got their shares in San Leon and then sold them for value? it's a tricky one i know and does rather blow their case out of the water. but do please give it a go, as you still appear to think they have a good argument. the silence in response to this question on both boards has become deafening over time now. | alaric7
02/5/2019 10:39 | CHART TRADER - 15 Aug 2014 - 18:52:50 - 22966 of 47446 San Leon Energy - SLE JW, was never going to be a dry hole think u are mixing conventional with non conventional, they know how much gas is there from the cores, the part they are finding difficult is to seperate it from the shale, guess the high mud content may be to blame after all it was a textbook frac. I know looking at the flare it is not commercial so it needs to clean up, a lot in my book, maybe u differ. of course if u think the well is commercial when u sell your PVR shares u will roll the position over to 3legs. remember to tell the board of your decision. now if u were a CEO of an oil company, unlikely I know, would u buy into a licence where every other shale well failed even if the 3legs was called commercial, especially as they said they would need an extended pilot test for around a year. remember u are not talking about a gambler like fanny but proper oilmen. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 10:36 | I have told posters repeatedly, if they post about me and not SLE, I will reply with a post from SLE's history. with the share falling from the post consolidation price of £40 to 38.5p, it's not likely I will run out of items to post in the near term. now if fellow posters read those items as being negative, I guess it's down to them. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 10:24 | Total Investment Solutions SA (“Total” ……… as always never ever allow mere facts to stop u from posting boll*x, just need the Smurf to complete my day. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 10:21 | links and alaric, I approach it from this angle. whilst u are posting misleading information about me u are not posting misleading information about SLE, so most posters will be grateful. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 10:17 | oh dear oh dear indeed history man. can't you do any better than this vapid sterile stream of vacuity? maybe like mr.fred gumby your brain is hurting again today - if you tie the knotted handkerchief on your head tighter it may help. ps. don't suppose you had any thoughts overnight on my question concerning how Sun Trust got their shares in San Leon and then sold them for value? it's a tricky one i know and does rather blow their case out of the water. but do please give it a go, as you still appear to think they have a good argument. the silence in response to this question on both boards has become deafening over time now. | alaric7
02/5/2019 09:57 | price at time of post £4.60 equivalent. oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 09:54 | linksdean - 25 Jan 2014 - 10:38:04 - 21744 of 34729 San Leon Energy - The New Positive Thread - SLE Jiggle - he's a pump and dump merchant, shorts on the troughs which inevitably arrive following the build up to a flakey RNS - yesterday being a case in point. He's admitted himself he has close ties to this outfit and gets some inside data. In a moment he long regrets he also admitted that he shorts here as well. Not that difficult to figure out................. banjo..I have been invested in sle for over 4 years..I have researched the company from top to bottom, every article/presentation | 1historyman
02/5/2019 09:48 | the iceberg, which isn't an iceberg still floats at 210k shares, so if u are expecting the price to rise maybe best to come back later. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 09:44 | at last we are making progress, u acknowledge that Nigeria is corrupt, I think the technical term is Caveat emptor. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 09:37 | Usual puerile and inadequate claptrap from historyman this morning. If he has a following at all on this board, which I doubt, it must be a peculiarly dim-witted one. The latest attempts by the phony Afafumane on lse and charttrader/history man here to republish a libellous report from the corrupt Nigerian gutter/fake press about Jite Onoloko have been completely debunked now on both boards. What a complete and utter waste of time and space. Save your breath guys, you're kidding nobody other than yourselves. | alaric7
02/5/2019 09:27 | the one fact that not one of the rampers ever want to acknowledge is that no financially sound company would borrow at a coupon of 17% and then give away nearly half of their shareholding in what is termed a ' world class oilfield ' for the privilege. now if u want to buy shares in Nigeria maybe SLE would not be the best choice but it's your hard earned and u can invest it or not wherever u wish. does not make any difference to me either way. | 1historyman
02/5/2019 08:46 | The other major announcement of 2019 of course came earlier, in January's release regarding Eroton's massive capital restructuring, which was even more significant to long-term value for our shares (i've reprinted it multiple times on the other message board, but the troll under the bridge over there seems to have a problem with its plain language and clear implications for the group), though I admit this also has not yet been reflected in the share price. I know I've highlighted this before, but with Eroton throwing off enough cash to have paid down some 40% of its RBL and THEN being able to refinance the balance on such attractive terms with just a single bank (down from 7, I believe), not only frees up 80m+ for investment AND future dividends (imagine what our share price will do if that NEW source of cash is confirmed sometime this year), but the signal it is/should be sending to the markets (both the stock market here as well as the O&G market in country) about the group's growing credibility and more importantly, its future relevance. bluerill | 1historyman |
