The other 50% Eroton stake is owned by Bilton Energy Limited. Sun Trust owns 20% stake in Martwestern and consequently, 10% of the entire Eroton shares and 2.7% of OML 18. Sun Trust is alleging illegal conversion and transfer of a substantial part of the Martwestern shares to some other companies purportedly brought in as shareholders outside the framework of the existing Shareholder Agreement between it and the other two original shareholders of Martwestern, without its (Sun Trust) knowledge and input.

………;..

not correct but maybe no smoke without a fire ? after all it's Nigeria where anything is probable.

LD - am a new investor in SLE and have taken a reasonable position. all AIM hydrocarbons explorers are pretty high risk but i was attracted by the spread of interesting assets being brought forward here. with a market cap under $100m now, this stock looks to me (and a number of like-minded fellow investors of mine) substantially risk-priced and offering big upside on news coming through. i appreciate your valuable research and insight. heh nice re-post from bluerill (lse). most sense i've read in quite a while here. now we see the correlation between eroton's successful refinancing (on the back of a huge paydown of its RBL over the last couple of years) and the funding of new wells and workovers, which bodes extremely well for us now.

I'm surprised that LTH'S sold shares at the equivalent of below 0.5p, then again I'm
never that surprised what LTH's think is a success.

The other major announcement of 2019 of course came earlier, in January's release regarding Eroton's massive capital restructuring, which was even more significant to long-term value for our shares (i've reprinted it multiple times on the other message board, but the troll under the bridge over there seems to have a problem with its plain language and clear implications for the group), though I admit this also has not yet been reflected in the share price. I know I've highlighted this before, but with Eroton throwing off enough cash to have paid down some 40% of its RBL and THEN being able to refinance the balance on such attractive terms with just a single bank (down from 7, I believe), not only frees up 80m+ for investment AND future dividends (imagine what our share price will do if that NEW source of cash is confirmed sometime this year), but the signal it is/should be sending to the markets (both the stock market here as well as the O&G market in country) about the group's growing credibility and more importantly, its future relevance.
