guess it will be a similar story with the dividends, Eroton are not allowed to pay dividends yet, SLE are not allowed to pay dividends yet. so anyone who posts that they are going to are either stupid or are liars or both.

Nigeria’s Oil Minister Has Eye on Shale as OPEC Readies Cuts
Aaron Clark

Kachikwu: Optimistic on LNG Talks and OPEC Deal
Kachikwu sees crude rising just above $50 if deal is reached
Producers due to meet on Nov. 30 to allocate output quotas

An OPEC deal to curb oil supply may only push up prices by a couple of dollars as the U.S. moves to expand its market share, Nigeria said.
“The challenge is less with OPEC and more with the outer forces we don’t control,” Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, Nigeria’s minister of state for petroleum, said Thursday in an interview in Tokyo. “The U.S. is beginning to ramp up volumes again.”

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries is due to meet Nov. 30 in Vienna to allocate output quotas after agreeing on the framework of a deal in September. Members have called for production cuts to boost prices that remain at half their level of mid-2014 amid a persistent oversupply. They’ve been holding preliminary talks on how to share the burden of cuts to bring the group’s supply to as little as 32.5 million barrels a day.
“My greater worry is less than OPEC’s ability to find unity in these issues, which I think we will, and more the fact of how much even a decision we make impacts the pricing issues,” Kachikwu said. Oil may rise only slightly above $50 a barrel if a consensus is reached, and could fall as low as $44 without a deal, he said. Benchmark Brent traded at $48.90 at 10:37 a.m. in Singapore.

We will find a formula to address militancy in Niger Delta by 2017 – Kachikwu
By Seun Opejobi on November 24, 2016

Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu1

The Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu, has said President Muhammadu Buhari is very focused on resolving the militancy crises in the Niger Delta region.

Speaking with Bloomberg, the junior Minister said Nigeria would by 2017 find the formula for peace in the oil rich region.

According to the Minister, “We’ve passed the turmoil stage, we have moved from 1.4 million barrels a day to 1.9, we were at 2.1 before we had the last incident.

“It is work in progress, we are putting every energy we can. President Muhammadu Buhari is very focused on trying to find solutions to these problems, we are working hard, we are seeing solutions come up, we are seeing acceptance to what we are doing.

“But again like every other town where you have disruptions and conflict, it takes a while to get to a stage where everybody is comfortable.

“I’m positive that we would move up from where we are, hoping we can end up the year, far in excess of 2 million barrels, and closer to the 2.2 million that we envisage we should be in.

“I am also confident that in 2017, we would have less disruptions to our oil production, because then we should have found a formula to seek peace in the Niger Delta.”

not one scammer has ever commented on the outage, shown above taken from the admission document, u don't have to be an Einstein to work out why.
there have been other outages since, which of course SLE haven't told their shareholders about.
