I looked at this a while back & passed on it as Directors are enormously well paid v dividends , loved the products and have been kicking myself ever since, my guess is they're trading their socks off , how else to explain the price action? Edit, it looks to be related to this RNS Announcement: Fri 1st September, 2017 9:22am RNS Number : 5679P Heath(Samuel) & Sons PLC 01 September 2017 Samuel Heath & Sons plc ("Samuel Heath" or the "Company") Appointment of Director The Board of Samuel Heath announces that Ross Andrews has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Relatively big move for these today but no news to speak off - some director buying last month and they have been purchasing their own securities.

It's boring but it's still going the right way - new highs today again and still yielding 4% LC http://www.glomtc.com/

And they're off.....breakout today, still 4% divi yield, loads of divi cover. Hurry up and buy some as you have probably only got 4 months to do it till the next trade goes through.

bubblefish, it's gone up over 30% a year compounded in 3 years before even considering dividends. How many investors/traders make those sort of returns, do you think?

Hope you don't take offence but the increase in share price / time ratio is really poor. Granted it's a steady grind up but there are better opetunities don't you think ? What kind of time scale were you invisaging ? My guess is you're looking at 3 months or so. Thoughts ? AC

samsan Hi there - I'm normally on the Premium Board but been busy with moving house and other things the last few weeks, Bubble Stew's reply sums it up for me too. For my point of view this looks like a nice boring medium term investment - cracking yield and steady growth - no sleepless nights, famous last words. A few other ones are DVSG, ESH, SCTN. Of course if you want excitement there's always the much loved on these boards TWT, QXL etc...... ;-] LC

Breaking out to all time highs today - 310 should be the first short term target, 350 next.

Morning TP If you have them in an ISA the yield is better than the best High Interest account - and they are going up today too - breakout to new all time highs, 310 is the first target I reckon.

No mention for these on either board but they have been plodding steadily up for the past few years. They are a little bit illiquid now and again, but look set to move higher and a 4%+ divi yield.
