      SAGENTIA IS AWARDED INDUSTRY ACCOLADE FOR INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY

30 April 2008 - International consulting and IP licensing company, Sagentia is
delighted to announce it is the proud recipient of three awards at the
prestigious Management Consulting Awards presented by the Management
Consultancies Association. Sagentia won awards in the categories of Technology
and Innovation as well as receiving the coveted overall Best Private Sector
Project award for its work on M-PESA, a breakthrough mobile payment solution for
micro-payments.  The awards were held at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London.

Sagentia, renowned for its innovation and technology capabilities, entered
M-PESA, in two categories; Innovation and Technology.  The breakthrough mobile
payment solution was launched last year for remittances in Kenya and was
developed by Sagentia for Vodafone.  The innovative service enables customers to
send money safely and cheaply using a mobile phone and the local Safaricom
network.   It provides cost effective access to financial services for people
without bank accounts in economies where it is unsafe, difficult and expensive
to hold cash and move money around.

Since the launch of M-PESA in Kenya, the project, which has exceeded
expectation, has expanded and adapted its services for similar projects that are
currently being rolled out in Afghanistan and India.
