Sagentia Group AG (the' Company')
On the 2nd May, 2008 Gordon Edge, a non executive director of Sagentia Group AG,
informed the Company that on the 2nd May 2008 he purchased an additional 100,000
shares of CHF 0.10 each in Sagentia Group AG at 4.25 pence per share. His total
holding of CHF 0.10 shares now stands at 11,648,070 shares (5.4%).
On the 6th May, 2008 Johan Bjorklund, a non executive director of Sagentia Group
AG, informed the Company that on the 2nd May 2008 he purchased 350,000 shares of
CHF 0.10 each in Sagentia Group AG at 4.25 pence per share. His total holding of
CHF 0.10 shares now stands at 1,470,510 shares.
On the 7th May, 2008 Martin Frost, Investment Director and former CEO of
Sagentia Group AG, informed the Company that on 7th May 2008 he purchased
100,000 shares of CHF 0.10 each in Sagentia Group AG at 4.45 pence per share.
His total holding of CHF 0.10 shares now stands at 595,463 shares.
On the 7th May, 2008 Alistair Brown, CEO of Sagentia Group AG, informed the
Company that on 7th May 2008 he purchased 100,000 shares of CHF 0.10 each in
Sagentia Group AG at 4.5 pence per share. His total holding of CHF 0.10 shares
now stands at 225,000 shares.
