Notification of Transaction of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

On 4 December 2024, Sage was notified that Cath Keers, who is a member of the Sage Executive Leadership Team, sold 101,311 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each in Sage ("Shares") at a price of £13.1155 per share.

Upon the vesting and release on 2 December 2024 of share awards granted under The Sage 2016 Deferred Share Bonus Plan and The Sage Group plc 2015 Performance Share Plan (the "Awards"), Cath Keers became beneficially entitled to 92,932 Shares. On 4 December 2024, Sage was also notified that Cath Keers sold 43,928 of the Shares in respect of which she became beneficially entitled at £13.0967 per share to cover tax liabilities arising on the vesting/release of the Awards.

Following these transactions, the resultant total shareholding of Cath Keers is 49,004 Shares.
