Cover, directors are buying!

The Company has been informed that today David Clayton, a non-executive
director of the Company, purchased 6,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the

Would be wise to sell, as you seem sure it will go lower, however whoever buys your shares must be taking the opposite view. Will be interesting to see who will be right, my bet is on the buyer.

I asked a similar question to one who was undecided what to do on the AHT thread, the price was 153p and I asked, if the price should rise by 3% would he then think, it is time to buy before it takes off, but his answer was, he would wait to see if it came back down to 153p. The price has gained 10p since then, and looks to be on the up.

The Sage Group plc

A block listing application has been made for 750,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each
in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of The Sage Group plc
1999 Executive Share Option Scheme. They will be issued fully paid and will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the
Company.

because mikejay is obviously short!!

I have to agree with Bearishbull. I have held for a long time, - a very solid stock with ample opportunity to trade as well. Look at the share price graph! I doubt MSFT will ever make a move, but SGE is expanding in an orderly manner and will become very big in due course. There's always a first time but to date mngmt haven't slipped up once that I recall.
