Grant of Options

Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors for the UK homeowner market, announces that, on 21 October 2020, the Company granted options over 1,556,482 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Safestyle UK plc 2017 Performance Share Plan. The following options over Shares were granted to Directors of the Company:

The options are subject to continued employment and are exercisable from 18 June 2021 (save that, prior to 18 June 2022, participants may only sell Shares in order to meet any income tax and National Insurance liabilities arising in connection with the exercise) to 21 October 2030. The options have been granted "in parallel" to the options granted on 18 June 2018 (in the case of Mike Gallacher) and 15 August 2018 (in the case of Rob Neale) and are not capable of exercise if the 2018 option is exercised. Equivalent options have been granted to a further 23 key members of management.

The Company is currently reviewing its strategy around its future executive performance share plans and will update the market on its plans in due course.
