I emailed them a couple of weeks ago, and was informed they should be issuing a trading update week commencing 14 July, so it should be issued at some point this week.

I emailed Safestyle for a date for the trading update but I haven't had a response! The last one was late January so I'm assuming it will be towards the latter end of July

Received a nice divi today - already reinvested.

Seems good value to me at this level - pullback surely due to profit-taking after a strong run.

Trading update should be positive. We already know from the AGM statement in May that "The Group's new financial year has begun well. Order intake and trading profits for the first quarter were ahead of both the corresponding period last year and of management's expectations. Second quarter trading to date has also been good, with increasing conversions leading to a satisfactory net order intake and a record order book."

Think I will email Safestyle on Monday and ask them when the next Trading Update is. I checked the website and it only states 'July 14'.

Agreed old tyke. An over reaction to a rise in rates.

This is a company in a great position to grow market share vs. the top 2 and benefit from a structural recovery in the housing market.

I can only think it is on sympathy with the interest rate scenario related retreat of the housebuilders. But it looks way overdone to me, now providing cracking value.

Just bought in. Like the very high returns ,growth and free cashflow. Looks like it will pay large amounts back to shareholders or grow rapidly.one to tuck away for a few years. Far too cheap.
