SSTY Announces Record Date for Shareholders to Qualify for Dividend Shares; Also Announces Press Conference to Introduce TPID P

BEIJING and PHILADELPHIA, March 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sure Trace Security Corporation (OTC:SSTY) today announced that its Board of Directors has set the date for shareholders to qualify to receive the dividend shares in the planned spin-off of its soon-to-be-acquired subsidiary, which will be named True Product ID, Inc.  SSTY had previously announced on February 10, 2006 that it had signed an agreement to acquire the controlling interest in a company presently trading on the NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board.

The Record Date is set for after the close of trading Wednesday, March 15, 2006.

The Company also announced that there will be a press conference on Friday, March 17th, in Philadelphia, to introduce the CEO/President of True Product ID, Inc.
