Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 11 October 2019 2019 that Catherine Barton, Non-executive Director, and Rebecca Shelley, Non-executive Director, purchased 114 and 104 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on the dates below at an average price of 289.68 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction"). The transactions were funded through the reinvestment of the interim dividend proceeds that they received in respect of their shareholding in the Company.
