I know I'm a bit lonely on this board, but the bid and offer on SBLM has really turned a corner this last 2 days. Some very large trades going through yesterday, 25% higher than on Weds, today they are paying more again.Just a speculative punt, or something rumbling?

The Sunday Times Sable Mining Africa (SBLM) Edmonds ‘faces being charged’ in mining case

That article is now yet another reason which will keep buyers away from SBLM IMO. It will be difficult for day traders to confidently pump this now.

Risk reward is not good as cash running out fast IMO.

SBLM

with SBLM focussing on coal energy project with JV from China, i believe SBLM will soon ramping up progress for its large DSO Nimba iron ore project. I recalled back in Q1 2015 when we issued our resource update, iron ore price was around $50.

iron ore price has been drifting down since then to low $30. However, iron ore is now raising up and above $50 at the moment.

many large fund managers (JP Morgan, Audley, US Global etc) still investing in SBLM.

apart from update on COAL project, I believe we will get a positive update on our large nimba iron ore project soon.

cash balance around GBP 4m compared to current mcap of 5.5m. so coal and iron ore project are almost valued at zero at the moment, despite millions have been spent to progress it.

LSE bb is active, with good posting. someone posted that potential revenue is 22m per year on coal project. wish more will come and take a look at SBLM... way under radar at the moment

iron ore recovering and going up massively.

time to be with SBLM if you are still watching!

BEM now up around 3000% (30m mcap) and have assets less or the same as SBLM. SBLM mcap only 6m .... damned cheap and bargain

even at share price 3p, sblm will only be 30m mcap. still cheap.

multibag soon.

from lse

SBLM has coal and iron ore:

- iron ore reserves around 200mt and DSO too (ie at surface, hence cheaper cost)

- this reserves is larger, for example, than BEM (BEM around 150m) and yet BEM mcap around 18m while SBLM only 7m

- SBLM was 100m mcap when the reserves were half the current size and iron ore price was 3 times higher in 2013 (around $140). so, with iron ore price now only 1/3 (ie $50), hence 100m/3 = 30m mcap, ie expected similar comparison indicated that SBLM should be around 30m mcap

- and this 30m mcap direct extrapolation was based on much lower reserves and less progress. we now already have mining licence and production licence. and about to go production next year.

- BFS is expected by end of 2015 and more Nimba iron progress report expected soon too.

Coal
- in sept we signed agreement for 600-megawat coal power station with zimbabwe govn. KIBO also have similar agreement with another african countries and its mcap now around 20m
- more updates are expected soon too.

note:
- SBLM has strong support from african govn and have around 50% of shares owned by directors/ex-directors and institutional investors (see website)
- i only made simple comparison with BEM /KIBO as an example only.

judging from these two assets, SBLM should be imho around 30m at least. at the moment mcap for SBLM only 7m.

lots of upside potential imho
