Agreed Nige - it will be indeed tricky if and when that happens but realistically I wouldn't expect a massive, massive takeover price in light of where the share price is at the moment but hopefully I am wrong. I am in big time on the long side now so let's hope things go better than expected.

It is my firm belief that volumes have been leading the way and tipping Mr Market's hand off.What we see now in the press is what the market has been speculating for about three months (hence massive accumulation under the hood without price budging down).


First hourly close > 46 and in humongous volumes. As Brut correctly pointed out this is institutional money - -considering huge volumes coming through - not the average jojo variety.

seriously, volume on the hourly dwarfs yesterday's open and the hour is not over yet.

last top up - all done now.

odds are so favourable decided to cash in part of my core nas100 3x so that i back up the (one and a half) trucks in s4 shares.

P.S. It's an irony of life that those who claim to be genuine long termers are entirely missing around market bottoms as money has all been spent all the way down. Up is the mantra chaps and chappesses now that weak hands have been completely flushed out
