No prob I had my finger on the buy button but saw he had sold and thought hmm then saw he hadn't and saw the massive buys yesterday and bought. Take a look v big buys and someone is still buying looks good NOW.

Yesterday's buys 607k, 550k and 250k stand out, not PIs so could be directors. All around the time the RNSs came out.

I guess he is tax planning or something no idea.

No Southwind sold to Hawk another of Morton's vehicles just a straight transfer.

RNS says Southwind has sold and "0" holding after the transaction, is that right? news summary reporting it as a buy? confused (easily I know).....anyone care to clarify?

The trade is 13,625,000 shares and Southwind's holding is/was also 13,625,000 shares. It might just be a coincidence, but I suspect not.
