The Company announces that the next dividend payment on the Company's 7.375% cumulative irredeemable preference shares of £1 each ("Preference Shares") will be on 2 April 2024. The associated ex-dividend and record dates are 14 March 2024 and 15 March 2024 respectively. 

Dividend: in the gross amount of £4,609,375.00 / £0.036875 per Preference Share

Ex-dividend date: 14 March 2024

Record date: 15 March 2024

Payment date: 2 April 2024
