DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

RPC Group Plc announces that Pim Vervaat and Simon Kesterton, both being directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('Directors') as detailed below, have today exercised options and been allotted ordinary shares under the Company's 2013 International Sharesave Scheme and 2013 Sharesave Scheme respectively.

Both Mr Vervaat and Mr Kesterton have elected to retain all the shares from these exercises and their holdings in the Company will increase to 378,702 shares and 123,119 shares respectively after allotment.
