This rally will be very short lived .The Death rates from the virus will become jaw dropping forcing the Governments to impose martial law.
If that happens a Great Depression will follow for many years the Stoxk Market will take 10 years just to get back to where it is today imo.

Looking good for dividend I would say, Chevron abandons share buybacks, but says dividend safe. Shell abandons buybacks, so I would say dividend safe in my opinion.

That’s an incredible rise today and gives me satisfaction in my strategy buying all the way down to £9. As usual the divi payment seems to coincide with share price increase. I still have funds to upload for more but still not sure on direction. US looks a crono bomb about to go off in next week which could spook investors big time yet again so the market swing is not over by long way ..

With oil producers not yet cutting back, and transport alone accounting for 65% of usage, I don't see the oil price holding up.

Part of the stock market excitement today was apparently due to the number of new cases, and deaths, in Italy, falling for the third day in a row.

Just shows how crazy the market is, I mean what did they expect when no-one's been allowed to move for ages.

It's what's going to be the exit strategy that'll interest me next.

Long, long way to go on this, I do believe.

It beggars belief RDSB up over 20% in one session, another 10 or 15 % tomorrow and it should settle around there...

Yes, it might go up tomorrow, but I'm happy with what I've made, and still hold some, anyway.

Up 200, would not think that has ever happenedWell done to all that held their nerve and are still picking up the divvis and well done to those that went long last well...What no one has mentioned is the ability of the best oil trading team in the World and how much they have made/hedged. They could have sold next years supply at Brent 50 and bought back at 30. They would not have kept going with buybacks until lat week if they didn't know that behind the scenes that they have banked a LOT trsfing
