20/3/2017 11:50 | Register on Roxi site and i believe you can print the form. Re Friday, i'm down in Devon for the weekend so no go for me. Not sure if your TD vote form which can be printed, will give you access ? If anybody is going Friday, would be grateful for an update. Anybody fancy calling Roxi to understand who's going to be present from company. If Carver is there, then it's worth qualifying out current status following his VOX interview. 20/3/2017 10:46 | Toggle, I don't see any dirty stuff going on as why bother with the new company name etc. If they were trying to take private they would have manipulated the share price downwards and picked up the stock for nowt. The Limericks also wouldn't be purchasing stock @ c 10p. They need to raise cash and we're on the cusp of seeing a significant share price upgrade that will put it onto the institutional radar. The m/cap will increase, i suspect roadshows already in play and institutional investment will become part of the story going forward. I'm very bullish as to our prospects in 2017 and looking forward to SIGNIFICANT returns. All, Anybody who posts on other blogs eg LSE/III/Motley etc, please can you ensure that all vote For on option 1. Smarty | ![]() xclusive2
20/3/2017 08:22 | IMHO ' A fourth option may be, after going private, raising cash in London Market or Institutional Investment, that they SELL to a larger oil company with London share price being a marker of price and quality of the paper work. ' They already have Korean and Chinese connections. The Far East maybe the buyers home market. Several market deals have been made from that direction and set the precedent. | ![]() togglebrush
20/3/2017 07:50 | i second smarty's point, really important to vote in favour of resolution 1. | ![]() konil
20/3/2017 07:49 | smarty, as i mentioned before oraziman and chums could do what they want with roxi as they will have a near 75% stake, but on a counterpoint to my concerns, and to the benefit of small shareholders, maybe they wont do anything too devious because they may want access to funding through the markets to develop bng. of course if they have oodles of cash lined up (whatever source) then nothing stopping them playing dirty. | ![]() konil
19/3/2017 10:57 | All,Really important that you all do this guys and gals. I'm hoping there are no ulterior motives here, I hope not as this company need to start off their new chapter as being trustworthy and one to attract investment. They're not taking it private and flogging it, they've not proved it up yet.Nothing would surprise me on AIM but we're on the cusp of making some real progress.Smarty | ![]() xclusive2

16/3/2017 11:57 | smarty, same here but i voted my nominee holdings via rsp. as regards the whitewash resolution (resolution 1), its important for us independent shareholders (for which read 'small shareholders'!) to vote in favour, to avoid oraziman being forced to make an offer for all the shares. unfortunately it only relieves him of the obligation to do so but does not *prevent* him from doing so if he wishes to. it doesn't matter about the other resolutions, because no matter which way we vote, it'll go whichever way the big holders want because they have the majority. | ![]() konil

15/3/2017 10:36 | perhaps smarty, but even at mcap $200m which carver suggests would attract iis, i doubt they would like to see control of near 75% in a few hands, so maybe oraziman and chums will offload stock to iis wanting in, and i guess that would be done at the going price or close to it, so perhaps no fireworks from that angle at least for a while. on the other hand if iis get involved as part of the fundraising then that's pants because it will mean dilution. i think carver/oraziman will try to avoid this by raising through debt instead - they've stated they are clearing the decks vis-a-vis the org structure etc. to make things more transparent for this reason. bwdik. | ![]() konil

14/3/2017 17:11 | maxim, that's actually a very pertinent question. if one deep is successful (whether 1500bopd or 3000bopd or whatever) and the others are still in play then potentially more to come from the current 3 deeps. remember roxi say they have found almost 400m column across the 3 deeps. also if the latest shallow well is successful it will add to the 1500bopd already being produced from the other shallows. they must be at td (2900m) with the shallow and hopefully undertaking flow tests unless its a dud of course. the successful deep will add (at this stage an unknown quantity) to the reserves which will start to enhance company value. but the cpr for deep reserves could be a long time away, as further drilling will probably be needed to confirm size of finds. will this lead to ennui and a falling share price or hype and a rising sp? then next year the shallows go export, and if op stays about the same that will be a fourfold increase in revenue from shallow production alone. imo this point is way under the radar because the stock is not well researched. all this points to an increasing sp, but i expect there will be lots of profit takers along the way, so probably a stomach churning ride for those that want to sit it out. there is also the need to raise cash, if done badly it will knock the share price for six, if done well it will see the share price rise on expectations of further operational successes with the new cash. in the meantime what will oraziman and his handful of chums be up to, with their near 75% ownership? your "child like naivety" has hit the nail bang on the head. | ![]() konil
14/3/2017 16:06 | Maxim, Have a look back at the initial A5 update. 3-26p in no time !! Hyped to death but this time we have 3 deeps drilled and a successful shallow campaign developing with production @ 1500 bopd. We sold Galaz back in 2015 but have replaced that with the new MJF wells which are producing more. Smarty | ![]() xclusive2
