24/10/2016 11:05 | Jonny, Instead of complaining to the Regulator, maybe it would have been a better idea to write to Mr Carver first and advising him of your course of action. I'd like to see the CPR report but that's not going to really affect my investment decision but it should be available for all to read. S | xclusive2
24/10/2016 10:26 | The G&C report isn't accessible despite the RNS saying it is. Therefor no one has a scooby doo of what potential the MJF structure has from the two additional wells. Very very poor, I've complained to the regulator. | ngms27
24/10/2016 09:47 | I really can't believe the apathy on the trading front. We really are of the radar, needs a little mention from the tipsters to get some focus back on and a new broker update, especially after G&C report. K, Re shallow production come 2018, i'm hoping for more than 20k pm but i won't be invested in a company targeting shallows. Yep, pays the bills and low cost shallow campaign but no sensible return for shareholders. They need proper cash to fund the deeps and need the share price kick from their success, otherwise our next fundraiser will be very dilutive for all. 20p+ required and a farm in or JV please. 23/10/2016 12:59 | shallow wells. if 142, to be drilled to td before year end, is successful i do wonder what that will mean for the reserves numbers. the latest rns stated that the gaffney cline numbers "... take no account of any reserves from our deep sub-salt drilling success, nor of the results of wells 141 and 142." how could they, 141 hadn't been completed and 142 hasn't even been started yet! no matter, i assume roxi think these wells on the 'mjf structure' are likely to be part of the same field rather than separate finds. i also assume they will be peppering the ground with a few more shallow holes in the vicinity, which if also successful would continue to increase reserves and more so if part of the same field. 143 was first, 141 was second and 1200m to the south-west, 142 will be third and 1600m to the north-east of 143, that's roughly all in a straight line over a distance of 2.8km. if they drill further shallows the locations should be indicative of where they think the extent/shape of the field lies. at the current average rate of 10,000 bbls/month at $10, revenues are $1.2m p.a. (58.41% to roxi). if by 2018 they increase this to say 20,000 bbls/month and start selling at say $45, then revenues jump to $10.8m (with 100% to the, by then, combined roxi-baverstock entity). also, by then hopefully we will have had a further cpr on the shallow reserves. not heart-racing stuff but decent enough. anyone any comments? | konil
23/10/2016 12:46 | i hope she does have almighty success in her new job, but isn't the place almaty? i did suggest to smarty some time ago that perhaps he could frequent the bars and clubs in the vicinity of roxi ops so that he could pick up loose talk from the roxi oilers for the benefit of us all lol! obviously the suggestion smarty should go was a frivolous comment but the point of picking up on loose talk is not entirely without merit, either way i think smarty was definitely not amused :( | konil
23/10/2016 03:07 | PS My grand-daughter has just landed a job in Roxi County so hopefully inside info coming soon, she is in Almyty | hotdeal

21/10/2016 12:08 | I will go for 20p with an oil price of $85 per barrel by the end of the year. | malkiel

21/10/2016 03:45 | From sunny Nevada I'll go for 18 pence but it will probably be a stagnant 10 pence | hotdeal
20/10/2016 23:38 | Based on previous track record alone, around 10p as I don't think much/anything will have happened by 31/12. The number of times we've seen "will be flowed test in due course" only to still be waiting months, or in one case, literally years later.... I already had a position there but, after today's announcement, most of the balance of my funds are in HUR - back to back drill (first one next month) plus at least 300m barrels of good quality crude already, watch it fly... | control1
20/10/2016 22:31 | Lol, I have no idea tbh. Its a bit like sticking a wet finger in the air. I think we'll make some money at some point, but it would be nice to see the rate of progress improve.Maybe now things will start to shift. At current price i could swap my stake in roxi for about 10000 euromillions tickets. Hmm.. | micktrick
20/10/2016 22:04 | Mick,78p......lol. Good luck, send me your Euromillions numbers when it gets to the next £100m draw. Actually if it got to 78p, I won't need a Euromillions win !!S | xclusive2
20/10/2016 21:13 | Ok, best case 78p | micktrick
20/10/2016 21:02 | Guys,I do like some optimistic expectations ? I'll join you with a conservative 22p .Smarty | xclusive2

20/10/2016 15:10 | Thanks Jonny. I know oil has associated gas but my point was that the announcement in 2014 seemed a little more definite than yesterday, probably as they've learnt some lessons ! Re website, yep. I run an IT Co and i wouldn't say website presentation is their forte. Let's hope they can communicate the next update effectively 'BNG COMMERCIAL DISCOVERY'. I believe we're about to get lucky. Put you're neck on the line and give us your verdict here and we can compare notes when announcement made. I believe more than 100m but not flowing as much as A5, i'd say 1500 bopd per day. Smarty | xclusive2
20/10/2016 14:32 | Smarty, every oil field has gas even if it's dissolved in solution with the oil and has no gas gap. It's just a question of how much. | ngms27
20/10/2016 14:29 | Has anyone else noticed that parts of the website haven't been update since 2014, the contact details are invalid and the CPR stated on the 2nd September as being available isn't? | ngms27
20/10/2016 14:16 | All, I've been reading back through the ops updates up to the BNG discovery and in July 2014. Interesting reading the differing terminology in commentary on A5 and A6. There were no indications of A5 success until the last minute. The AGM statement on 30/6/14 stated no shows in the Permian and expecting to hit OB horizon in Carboniferous @ 4390ft, struck oil @ 4332ft and announced immediately on 9/7 - 'BNG DISCOVERY', see below -; 9/7/14 'Deep Well A5 Well A5, the first deep well on the BNG Contract Area, with a planned Total Depth of 4,700 meters is targeting principally the middle Carboniferous formation at 4,390 meters of the South Emba sub-basin. Roxi is delighted to announce that oil and gas shows have been detected at a depth of 4,332 meters. After the completion of clean-up work to deal with the oil and gas shows encountered, core samples will be taken to determine the oil bearing horizon.' 19/10/16 'Deep Well A6 Deep Well A6 was spudded in November 2015, targeting the same structure as Deep Well A5 in the Middle and Lower Carboniferous, with an original target Total Depth of 4,750 meters. Based on the analysis of mud logs we decided to complete the well at a depth of 4,528 meters. Although mud-logs are only preliminary, they suggest Deep Well A6 has penetrated oil bearing intervals. A further announcement will be made after the completion and analysis of a wire-line log subject to which we expect to conduct flow testing.' When they announced news in 2014, were they jumping the gun and being more careful this time ? As i understand it mud logging units have loads of detectors inc gas. If they have mud logs then shouldn't there be gas shows ? I'm not sure what you can read into this but definitely a far more muted response ?They were under significant pressure to deliver success in 2014 when share price was at it's low at circa 2p. Are they lining up the ducks ? Smarty | xclusive2 |
