Further to its announcement of 19 July 2023, Rotala announces that it has been notified that the aggregate beneficial holdings of John Gunn, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, his wife, Renate Gunn, Wengen Limited and the Wengen Pension Plan (both entities which the Company considers to be beneficial holdings of Mr Gunn's) in The 181 Fund Limited are approximately 56.53%.
