The Company announces that Simon Dunn, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 36,030 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per share via his self-invested personal pension (SIPP). Following this purchase, Mr Dunn has a total interest in 1,572,147 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which includes 934,920 Ordinary Shares held by his wife.
