How do we find out who the admin is? This thread was sensible before. Filtering works to an extent, but you still then get advfn telling you that there are new posts, even when they're filtered

Agree hastings - the multiple which RDT trade on is derisory and any semblance of success would be expected to lead to a re-rating and obviously higher turnover, so a double whammy.

Also worth remembering the large cash balance (c.30% of market cap) and the stated ambitions from earlier this year:

"The Directors believe the Placing will put the Company in a good position to achieve its strategic objectives of establishing a leadership position in master data management, tripling revenues over the next three years via organic growth and acquisitions, and maintaining a low cost base to drive operational gearing and significant EBITDA growth."

If they double turnover to £14m and re-rate even just to 3x sales (though doubling turnover would be 25%+ growth p.a. and perhaps 6x might be more normal, even in the UK) then 3*14=42 add £6m cash = £48m mkt cap, vs £18m today. Hit the 3x revenue target and increase than multiple to 6x and you get a £180m market cap.

Either way, I think the risk/reward is hugely attractive here

ARR is up to 86% of the total where with a low churn rate across the business the winning of further contracts should begin to make a real difference.The shares continue to trade at a large discount to peers.
