30/10/2008 09:34 | 50p would be considerably less than the NAV g, IMHO you have no idea how to value this company and your opinion is worthless. | cbgb
30/10/2008 08:39 | CBGB, Not trying to persuade anybody to do anything. The reality is that having kindly updated the forecasts for us - indicating that they will at best be only midly earnings growth positive for 2 years - a 10x rating in the current market would be conservative. With many other stocks trading on far lower ratings than that I maintain that 50p is a distinct possibility. FWIW, I see the current market as providing an excellent opportunity for buying - not selling. It is just that within that market I find a 20x rating on a commodities stock exposed to the building sector just a little too flattering to spark my own buying interest yet. Worth noting maybe that I started this thread 5 years ago, bought when they listed and made decent money on them. I have nothing against the stock - just think the valuation is still high compared to the wider market. I have for some time considered them to be excessively valued - and said so. At 50p they will be interesting. Regards, g. | garth
29/10/2008 20:39 | A broker forecast of 5.81p eps does not make a case for 50 p garth: you're going to have to try a lot harder to persuade me to sell. | cbgb
29/10/2008 10:12 | You're a bit behind with your forecast figures garth, current estimates are 5.29p for the year just ended and 5.81 for '09. Bit hard to give any credence to your share price predictions with such diligent research fella.... | cbgb
28/10/2008 09:54 | Broker forecasts are for 5p this year and 8p next year and they are exposed to the construction industry...... 50p a distinct possibility IMO, 80p a near certainty. G. | garth
24/10/2008 13:27 | Babies and bath water come to mind, time to add at this rate. Bit more on the Energy Bill amendment | cbgb
17/10/2008 03:21 | Hugely significant for ROM 'He told the Commons the Energy Bill would be amended to introduce a "feed-in tariff" to guarantee prices for micro-generation projects which are able to supply electricity to the national grid.' Should provoke some interest.. | cbgb
08/10/2008 08:28 | I had the same thoughts 9degrees, share price holding up remarkably well considering the carnage atm. Legislative outlook can only improve for ROM, wondering if there are anymore ideas of getting Powerglaz into the US as was muted a while back? I know Sir Kennair got a little burned the last time he tried so no doubt some reticence. Must be very tempting though... | cbgb
07/10/2008 21:09 | Maybe Mr £10k has been mopping up Atorka share sales systematically without fuss? Apart from that it must be a good company with huge potentail | 9degrees
07/10/2008 21:07 | atorka group based in iceland owns 23 % of Romag . This cannot be good news given the problems in iceland | 9degrees
07/10/2008 17:26 | lukead, on what basis do you think this is 'well over rated'? | cbgb
07/10/2008 16:43 | this share is well over rated, time for a fall? | lukead
07/10/2008 16:41 | regular as clockwork, down she goes, sparky, ha ha | lukead
05/10/2008 16:52 | Good read from Jim Jubak on solar stocks here: | cbgb

02/10/2008 15:57 | Mr 10K buy is back again today | asparks
25/9/2008 15:18 | every day for weeks now, there have been one or more 10K purchases. An insti is gradually topping up, or building a stake here imo | asparks
25/9/2008 15:15 | regular as clockwork at the moment - up she ticks again I am happy with 1% day | asparks
25/9/2008 12:48 | CBGB - do you hold any Powerfilm solar? (PFLM) they are up 30% today for no apparent reason! | asparks
24/9/2008 16:07 | No, just going on previous years timings sparks. Quite happy to sit on these and watch this company grow. No share price predictions from me though :-) | cbgb
24/9/2008 16:06 | ? you're a weirdo | asparks
24/9/2008 16:05 | did he pay you to ramp? | basbas |
