    The Company announces that Mrs Margaret Ryan, Executive Director of the Company, and her husband, Mr Tony Ryan (the "Ryans"), yesterday
transferred their total aggregate shareholdings of 155,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
representing approximately 79.54 per cent of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company ("Issued Share Capital"), into a
non-resident interest in possession trust of which Grant Thornton Stonehage Limited are the trustees. 
    All of the Ordinary Shares remain beneficially owned by the Ryans. Following this transaction, the Ryan's total holding in the Company
remains unchanged.
