Rockpool Acquisitions Plc, the S pecial Purpose Acquisition Company formed to undertake the acquisition of a company or business headquartered or materially based in Northern Ireland, announces that at, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 26 January 2022 at 5-7 Upper Queen Street, Belfast BT1 6FB resolutions 1 to 5 put to shareholders were duly passed as ordinary resolutions and resolution 6 was duly passed as a special resolution.
