58,823,529 exercisable @ 1.5p -- with accelerator clause (i.e.Co can force a conversion) - if share price at 4.5p or more for 10 consecutive trading days

= £882,352

and

116,666,666 exerciable @ 1p -- with accelerator clause -- if share price @ 2p or more for 5 consecutive trading days

= £1,166,666

So a total of £2,049,018 receiveable by Co, in event of exercise.

Both sets are now exercisable.
