Watching the video 1 hour ago on YouTube, CEO is very surprised for the low Mcap however he is very excited with the prospect of the copper and gold projects.
CEO smiling tells me that something big is coming our way. Shareholders will be rewarded, not traders because traders will miss the chance if they don't hold now

Ridiculously low share price Rockfire could be bought out for £20m, 5p per share.
Potential for multibag is enormous IMO."

wow!!

But you can't even pay the (modest) ADVFN subscription??

Big miners could buy on the open market, share price will rise, over 40% in sticky hands, speaks volumes."

That's nice.

But how comes you won't even pay the (modest) subscription for ADVFN??

You don’t get it maggie. Do your research. Look closer."

I think the market has already done the research.

Which is probably why the share price is languishing and buyers have turned their backs.

Anyhow, 'mr. research, look closer' how comes you're not a bluey??

Is an ADVFN subscription really out of your reach???

Recently £75k investing by the chairman.
I think no placings coming. Just buyers on the open market

Speaks volumes. Rio Tinto, Glencore and others watching with interest. Should hear some news on potential takeover or some big investment from big mining players.
Shares won't be diluted me thinks

Best to ignore the ludicrous ramp -- precursor to a lumpy placing, I shouldn't be surprised.

Lots and lots of 'presentations', 'interviews' and tweets -- but a comatose share price just refuses to be revived.

No demand, it seems -- but huge supply, imo.

Perhaps Mr. Market has sussed this one out?

Why should RIO buy this if even the BOD aren't dipping into their pockets???

Time to stop the desperate and blatant ramp.

From that tweet it looks to me as if the grades drilled in 2017 are much lower than the historic drilling so that's not too encouraging although they did find silver too.

New tweet posted by rockfire.
I see a big investment from Rio Tinto, Glencore or some big mining company getting their money into this.
With more than half billion in ground copper valued and £55m+ gold i just think its a no brainer for the big companies to buy on the open market

Sorry not responsible for the math trump.555m in ground Copper only represents 5% of Copperhead not including the Gold assets. 2.8m mcap but asset in the ground is worth Billions.I wonder how much the board would sell out for?

Simondunmore 1.25% of £80 billion is way more than £100 million. 10% would be £8 billion, so 1% would be £800 million. I think you mean 0.125%? Even that's too much as they don't need to pay anywhere near that for a co with a Mcap of only £2.8 million.

Do you ever read RNS it's all there. All the figures about half billion pounds worth of copper in ground is on YouTube and on RNS.
Do your own research Maggie2 and stop spouting rubbish.
Your comments have no facts base.
Mine is all facts. From YouTube interview of David Price CEO of rockfire plc on proactive investors and RNS

1.25% of £80 billion is £100 million. That's all Rio Tinto needs to spend from its vast wealth to buyout rockfire plc.In the ground valuation for copper is £555 million and £55 million for GoldDyor

@Rockfireplc #rockfire #rockToday 5th July Rio Tinto were down 3.8%, that's is over £3 billion of pounds wiped out from its Mcap.If Rio Tinto offer a take over deal for rockfire plc, it merely needs to spend 0.001%(£100m) of its mcap which is £80 billion.Makes u wonder ?
