Very poor investor communication
They should have announced before now and that would have been more acceptable,so unprofessional.

yield is 12% at current buy price (46p). Unless they have to stop production, I think RBN shouldn't be too badly hit by Covid-19. They may even be able to switch production to make more packaging for in demand items.

I had a limit order in which wasn't fulfilled by my broker. SO I changed it this morning to a market price and dealt well within the spread and at less than the specified limit - mad!

I have started buying again at just over 76p

The yield at over 7% gives me time to sit and wait for the recovery.

If Finncap are close the shares are trading at 7x historic earnings.

Looks time to re rate.

Finncap also forecast an EPS of 10.9p for 2020 and a net profit of £1.7m. Finncap are the only broker covering as far as I can see.

Thanks but still no idea what the market is expecting!
Which genius at the company wrote the press release?

From FinnCap analyst....

Key data

Share price (p)74.5

Target price (p)130.0

Market cap (£m)12.4

Enterprise value (£m)16.5

RBN has issued a trading update for the year ending 31 December 2019. The statement anticipates FY2019E revenues of £35m, +7% y-o-y – slightly behind our forecasts – but expects adjusted PBT to be ahead of our expectations thanks to falling input costs (resin) benefitting the gross margin. Our sum of the parts derived share price target does not change materially but we upgrade our FY2019E gross profit forecast by 4.6%, with operational gearing magnifying this to a 20% upgrade to FY2019E adjusted PBT.

What a sad business. Now on 3rd ceo in 12 months. Her record, did anyone check. Dividends not covered for some time. Big ideas from chair but no results.
Family sleepwalking like so many before into terminal decline. This board is not fit for puropse.

Box ticking appointment. The interim CEO was wasted time and I have no doubt this will prove same.

Maybe the new CEO could make sure they announce results on the day they say will? Asking for a friend.

Give her a chance! I don't think they would appoint a duffer as CEO, perhaps the opportunity was too good to turn down. Looks like they have got her in for her sustainability credentials.
