30/3/2018 13:27 | Okay sefton1. | my retirement fund
29/3/2018 13:35 | There is already effectively the charge as the converted prefs have accumulated dividends retained and outstanding. I don't know how much as I haven't been able find out on just a cursory look. | hpcg
29/3/2018 13:32 | What is to stop Woodford from lending Rm2 money at an attractive rate i.e. attractive to Woodford!!! Sgi has been hampered by a similar tactic and got lumbered with a 5yr loan at a high rate of interest from their new majority shareholder. | ltcm1
29/3/2018 11:28 | It will head down to 1p soon enough, and probably lower. This is essentially a recap and the company is worth just the new cash. It is after all a serial failure. Note that the new money will only even commit to half what the company needs. | hpcg
29/3/2018 11:04 | I don't think so. I am firmly of the opinion that our new guys know what they are doing and that have a strong order pipeline. Hanson have played a blinder! Just added a 100k An interesting punt. impo/dyor | jimmyloser
29/3/2018 10:50 | Haha I think you both might be right!!! Is this throwing good money after bad or a winning product that was badly handled when it came to manufacture??? Neil Woodford believes but Woodford is also pumping cash into Pfg and Cpi. He has also lost a small fortune here. Has it clouded his judgement??? | ltcm1
29/3/2018 08:21 | ....no, I think what they are doing is forecasting the value of the business as a success (rather than being priced to fail) then working back to a share value. If you think the business will be worth £200M in a years time, which is 3.3p a share post dilution, then 1.75p a share looks good value (type thing). At 1.75p a share that implies a post placing market cap of £100M. People buying are only buying modest numbers of shares so mostly people having a punt and not serious investing. Arguably better than the gee gees and the anticipation lasts longer...... | dexdringle
29/3/2018 08:13 | Time for some PTJ advice again... | phowdo
29/3/2018 08:09 | Well, these were recently 30p each when there were 500M shares in issue. Market Cap was £150M With 6,000M shares in issue for a market cap of the same £150M the share price would need to be 2.5p. Question: what should the market cap realistically be if we can assume (just for a second) that the plan will work and that RM2 will be a success ? | dexdringle
29/3/2018 08:07 | Most surprised that they have been able to raise the funds -Good money after bad comes to mind - | pugugly
29/3/2018 07:56 | I have been following ACRL... 6 billion shares in issue will only be for a time until they are strong enough to consolidate them. This is the vehicle for them to carry on, they will already have the backing they need I suspect. I again say that if they didn't have a solid blueprint to get out of jail, nobody would have backed this at any price. Turn away if you don't like blood. impo/dyor | jimmyloser
29/3/2018 07:52 | Edison target needs some revision.. 1p coming.. Have a look at ACRL | letmepass
29/3/2018 07:52 | Never seen this as a resolution. Going to have 6 billion shares in issue . FFS | imjustdandy
29/3/2018 07:39 | Certainly saw a lot of selling yesterday! | jimmyloser
29/3/2018 07:32 | placing at 1p. | phowdo
28/3/2018 18:31 | I just saw this in our header - LOVL EDISON starts coverage with long-term Target of 370p! Apr'15: | jimmyloser
28/3/2018 16:18 | Lovely five year chart! :) | freddie ferret
26/3/2018 09:19 | From small acorns great oaks can grow.On the otherhand from great acorns small saplings can germinate then quickly die. What category? | my retirement fund |
