impo, they are envisaging gaining orders in excess of that figure which was placed in the RNS to support their EbITDA statement and act as a catalyst for the fundraising which I also believe is already in place.

impo/dyor

I really think that they could not have made the turnaround clearer. How loud do people need them to shout?

This move to outsourcing opposed to being vertically integrated could be the making of RM2. License out the technology, drastically reduce overheads and offer Blockchain ledger technology to their Fortune 500 customers. I note they already have “BLOCKPal̶1; trademarked. Nice simple licensing model managed with Blockchain technology. I’m sure they must be thinking like this.

Interesting paragraph from the interims. As noted above, significant progress has been made through the field testing of ELIoT-enabled pallets and management estimates that, subject to securing the necessary funding, the deployment of 400k ELIoT pallets will allow the Company to generate sufficient net free cash flow to offset its cost of business.

I think we will find out next week if this is going bust or going to the moon. There's no middle ground . Hopefully the moon

Yes - fingers crossed Paul Walsh as worked through a plan. Can't see Neil Woodford letting his investment sink here too.

I don't think our bonds are an issue at present. Therefore no need to even nbd discussing debt for equity. My point is JK that PW is on the board here and if anyone can find a way through then PW will. One major contract win and raise up at 10p is probably their preferred option.

Jacknife I'm not concerned by the bonds. They are not an issue at present. I would suggest you look at Avanti communications which was facing near certain liquidation with £557m of debt / Bonds. Avanti managed to restructure those bonds which has seen the share price rise from 4p to 12p as a result. We have less than a tenth of that amount in bonds. The key architect of that £557m restructuring was Paul Walsh their non exec Director. Paul is our non exec Director here at RM2. My point being get the very best in to bat for you in these situations. If Paul can't do it then nobody can. My money is on him!!Uncertain time for sure but potential to multi bag.

So they tell shareholders that may be EbITDA positive next year and then do a Pre-Pack

Once upon a time etc. lol

I'm inclined to agree with JakNife. Since you clearly disagree imjustdandy, perhaps you would like to provide us with a rational case to support your view. I think that the technology potentially has legs but either they refinance by going into administration with a pre-pack, with either a third party buying the technology or an existing investor exploiting the latest developments with the hindsight of all the lessons learned from the past mistakes.

Here's jacknife stuck on the motorway again trying to block the fast lane. You're well named my friend. Unfortunately despite what you think this will refinance and go on to multibag

jimmy im sleeping with ease on this one unlike many that spike up only to trend back down ,with refinancing we should see 10p plus

sigora,
I actually missed the other big clue and that was the industry award that they won. It brings credibility to the product. industry recognition and positive publicity.

Take a minute or two and look at the high calibre of the board, they just would not allow such an upbeat RNS without it being solid. Finally look again at that change of broker last year. I just cannot see Strand Hanson's taking this on without believing in the turnaround plan that was presented.

100% impo/dyor
