20/12/2024 08:15 | Disappointed not to see further realisations. Sold 12,600 with two trades at 73.408p | 2wild
16/12/2024 17:23 | Dejah Vu. Was unable to get an online quote. Got 6200 at 73p, with a fill or kill. Could sell 35,000 at 72.2p no problem. Should get NAv update And hopefully some loan repayment details. In a day or 3. | 2wild
10/12/2024 16:00 | Yup - trying to buy RMII is painful. Slowly, slowly ... I sense there is someone rather bigger than us trying to do the same. | chucko1
10/12/2024 15:41 | Spread showing 70.2 to 72.6. Unable to get a quote for even just 1,000 shares. Brought 4300 with a fill or kill order at 72.6p. Can self 35,000 at 71.77p no problem. Should get NAV update by next week and perhaps an indication of next capital Return. | 2wild
31/10/2024 16:16 | Div maintained. Ed div next Thursday | frazboy
21/10/2024 12:22 | Not a great update. Would be good to see the split between the write down of the Student accommodation and the loss due to the increased discount of the car manufacturers loan. And had they only just become aware of the low occupancy at the student accommodation? Possibly, due to time of year. It would be good if the hotel operator gets their loans refinanced, They’re significant and make up a good part of the next distribution (April 25?) - that was my assumption at least. EDIT: They do back out the changes on the final page of the factsheets. The write down of the student loan was £1.2m (from £3.1m) and the manufacturing loan was written down by 0.5m | frazboy
21/10/2024 08:29 | 30th September, slight reduction to 87.73p NAV. £4.5 Million in cash, £3M available for distribution. Average loan duration 0.89 years, 10 months from today. | 2wild
14/10/2024 12:57 | frazboy. With 17% fewer shares in issue following tender. Should be able to maintain Current dividend for several quarters. Maybe write about guilt levels. Prices have come in quite a lot, since Labour started banging on about this £22 billion deficit. | 2wild
14/10/2024 11:53 | Added another 5000 at 70.6p! No idea why anybody is selling these down here. RMII said there's gonna be another 2 tenders Next year. At around 26% above current share price. Plus a large quarterly dividend while I wait. | 2wild
14/10/2024 11:36 | Me too and i agree with your numbers. Decent top up opportunity with the proceeds of the recent tender, even playing a haircut on the Glasgow Hotel 1800bps return in 12 months plus dividends is attractive. | rimau1
14/10/2024 11:17 | 2wild - my reading of the various press releases related to the wind down is that the dividend won't be maintained at the current level. The issue is of course largely psychological given the expected tenders.I wonder if the recent weakness is due to the increase in finance (essentially rising gilt yields) expenses which mean that selling loans or refinancing of loans by the borrowers is getting more difficult. | frazboy
14/10/2024 10:25 | Brought some back this morning at 71.9p, 19% discount to NAV and 9% dividend yield. Will get a NAV And cash update during the next few days. Hopefully we'll see a rise in both, net of returned cash. | 2wild
04/10/2024 07:12 | It has just reappeared again. Wonder what these guys are playing at?! | cwa1

03/10/2024 14:41 | Hmmmm. If 20% is the acceptance level through AJB that would be a tad disappointing... | cwa1
