I reckon Leuschen and Lapeyre have fulfilled their £6.5m buy order now. Expect the share price to resume its gentle ascent!

So far, according to my calcs, Messrs David Leuschen and Pierre Lapeyre have purchased 389,833 shares in RSE at an ave weighted buying price of £12.83p per share. Quite remarkable they've managed to buy those shares without affecting the share price, given that crude oil price has risen significantly as well!

Riverstone Holdings(US) putting another $500m into Centennial to fund the Silverback Exploration acquisition that adds another 44,000 gross acres in the Delaware. However no RNS from RSE suggests they are not participating. CDEV shares still trading around $16.

Meanwhile RSE putting another CAN$84m into CIOC to acquire remaining warrants.

Centennial Resource acquisition voted through by Silver Run yesterday, with SRAQ closing on NASDAQ last night at $15.86 vs Riverstone + affiliates $10 per share buy out price. RSE committing $175m.

Quite a lot of deal flow at the moment in Permian, Eagle Ford and Western Canadian Shale Basin Assets which bodes well for RSE. Hopefully these are going higher in the medium term.

Good results and the clearing out of small shareholder in a thin market.

I have taken my profit on the recent big rise but will continue to watch this fascinating company.

I will be watching this closely over the next 12 months. These guys have both the cash and the knowledge/experience to be able to take full advantage of distressed players in the oil industry. I wouldn't be a buyer just yet as this stock is likely to get caught up in the carnage so a better entry point could well be achieved.

These guys do everything right but are in the wrong markets at the wrong time but have the cash.

Not a money making share just at the moment as oil/gas is so out of favour.

I see the potential, but I'm not buying anything oil-related right now. I want to see where the US Dollar is trading at in 6 months time, and what kind of nasties a stronger USD has flushed out of the woodwork...

One day investors are going to wake up and see the potential of this business and the shares will then fly back to the £10 IPO price........today's price is 860p.

and at the end of the day a big buy deal took place at 830p.........is this the start of mopping up all the stale bulls who came in at the £10 placing price............we shall have to wait and see.
