daicaprice, well done on buying into Pluto funding. May I ask whether you got any warrants too or were they only for some?

The reason I ask is that RGO didn't mention warrants at all whereas PIRI said they got theirs convertible @ 6p and ARG said theirs are convertible at 12p. So whether investors did or didn't also get warrants and at what price sounds quite selective and therefore unusual.

I bought into the Pluto IPO, got 333k shares @6p.

The RNS by Pres today positively impacts on RGO in that it provides a positive update re its 6.4% holding in Pluto ,in which we hold 4.2% but we also hold 18% of Pires , taking our direct & indirect holding in Pluto to 5.35%-not bad for a company capitalised at around £13mill.When Pluto IPO, in the next few weeks, our holding may well be the jewell in our crown.

Don’t have a problem with that announcement, never been one for a hole in the ground but a big delay in getting the investment back.
