Further to the Company's announcement of 31 December 2018 and 2 April 2019, the Board is now focussed on pursuing the sale of all or part of Capricorn Sapphire and remains in discussions, with one party in particular, with regard to the potential sale of the entire Capricorn Sapphire project. There can, however, be no guarantee that the Company will be able to either secure the requisite funding to be able to re-commence operations or conclude discussions with regard to the potential disposal of Capricorn Sapphire.

Current market cap is around 450k! -

If the sale goes ahead as they've mentioned, that'll be the catalyst. Though there's a CLN it's from a long term shareholder who hasn't converted any yet.

Sorry to say this looks like a pure & simple P&D to me. No fundamental reason for the spike happening, but it did. Twitter rumour very spurious. (Just like Twitter itself).

I remain of the view that the only likely winner in this company is Ashwath - and certainly not shareholders.

Get out while U can. It is doomed from an ordinary shareholder perspective.

When the BOD have stopped talking to shareholders , it is ALWAYS a bad sign - seen it far too many times on AIM.

It seems to me that RLD is in a pretty dire way too.

The company has run out of money, the mine is not working, vulture financiers are gathering and the BOD refuse to communicate with Shareholders.

Add to that , the fact that most of the BOD are financiers and not geologists or Gem-miners and the rosy picture is complete !

Suspect that is Y BO & LR fell on their swords ?

All in all not a good sign !

Funnily enough, l had both here and BRD and then l read bad things about Rich and sold up. Let's face it both have been bad as the diamond market has been depressed. It is certainly true that it is showing a bit of movement here and l had put that down to twitter followers but perhaps l will look again.Still keeping interest in BRD though as they are coming upto a better pipe to drill.Good luck here.

BRD is a disaster zone. Endless placings and excuses for missing production targets. Company has a habit of raising from one set of bucketshops and then blindsiding those places by raising elsewhere. See on Twitter. South Africa is not a great mining jurisdiction right now.
