Lets hope the YuMe board are not overwhelmed at the prospect of being listed on AIM, what an accomplishment and note worthy conversation piece during silicon valley coffee mornings.

As Barky would say.... Buy high, sell low than pick out the winners tipped in the Sun tabloid?

stocky - the "vote" is whether they tender their shares when R1 starts the formal tender offer. The merger is conditional upon a majority of shares being tendered and they have 32% or so in the bag from the "tender and support" agreements.

Do YuMe shareholders get a vote as to whether they favour the merger?

In the meantime the market for R1 stock has been killed off as buyers and sellers sit on their hands. Shares on loan clearly have dried up as shorters realise that their dreams of 150p simply aint gonna happen. Where will this all end ? Tune in to watching paint dry on the R1 bored on ADVFN.

Think you are missing the point of investing when low sikhers...

"IF R1 backup their bullish comments...." the share price will be a lot higher... therefore surely punt now and see if bullish comments come off...after all...you are only talking punt...??

jw, lol...
With all the industry challenges... jam tomorrow, legal case, apple/google changes, hidden fees, it's a punt... punt... punt...

Nobody knows exactly what will happen..

IF 1R backup their bullish comments with revenue growth, cash generation, solid outlook, addressing the industry challenges etc, etc, then the share price will take care of itself...

Gowlane ... I don't pretend to know where the end game will be for R1 ... but I f the merger goes through and they do in fact start to generate good growth and cash it's a great buy at this level. The analyst commentary is positive recently, after a long spell when they said nothing. And the major shareholders have held firm. So, who knows?

So you reckon the share price will go lower and then you will make your punt then?? With your constant ".. watching the industry challenges, with a company in this sector...", it really isn't sounding like a punt mate.

You follow what's going on with R1 with a fine tooth comb and certainly know more about the industry than most on these boards...that doesn't sound like a punt fella??

PS...hi football...advfn loves that you pay your subs to thumb people's posts down...lol...clown!!

jw,
lol... punt at 1/2 revenue.. someone might buy them out, given recent M&A...
Nothing wrong with managing the risk and watching the industry challenges, with a company in this sector, is there?...

from your link... so they start to think about....

"Speaking to Mumbrella Asia about plans for further growth in South East Asia, Furness said: “It’s something to start to think about. For now the focus is to get the integration between the two businesses right and then think about how we can, particularly from an APAC perspective, build our presence here and particularly ensure that we have a truly localised offering.”"

jw,

it's nothing new... Rad1 already have an office in Singapore...

they are 'planning' to move the Rad1 HQ to Singapore...

1R already said earlier in the year that they were planning for APAC expansion 'later in the year'...
so, still planning...

"with additional expansion planned for the Asia Pacific region later in the year"..

Finally some positive news to deflect all of your negative industry news sikhers that you keep posting...

Not sure how many years ago, certain posters were mentioning that we need to expand further into Asia...glad they eventually listened...lol
